How to Book a Ticket:

To secure your seat in the van traveling to Koman, the boat ticket from Koman to Fierzë and from Fierzë to Valbone van, please follow these simple steps:

  • Choose the date of departure.
  • Configure the amount of tickets. Each ticket corresponds to each person.
  • Enter your personal details and complete the payment process
    • Payment can be done via Paypal or credit card
  • After payment you will receive the booking confirmation together with the instructions
  • One day before your trip you will receive a picture of the van that will pick you up, please contact us if the image was not received

Additional Notes:

  • Please arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Please show the confirmation of the booking upon departure
  • Itinerary can be accessed by contacting us, or after getting the instructions after payment

Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to offer fair options for ticket cancellations.

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your ticket 14 days or more before the scheduled departure date.
Please note: Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

50% Refund: If you cancel your ticket between 13 and 4 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the departure date are not eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary, but refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
