  • After payment you will receive a PDF with instructions on finding the van together with the booking confirmation

Additional Notes:

  • Please arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • The van is equipped with comfortable seating and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant journey.
  • Our experienced drivers are familiar with the mountainous roads, ensuring a safe and enjoyable trip.
  • Please present the invoice upon departure

Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to offer fair options for ticket cancellations.

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your ticket 14 days or more before the scheduled departure date.
• 50% Refund: If you cancel your ticket between 13 and 4 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the departure date are not eligible for a refund.

Please note: Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary, but refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
